Pros – 
 Great location just a short walk to beach, shops, cafes & transport
 North facing
 Good size bedrooms & balcony 
 Large LUG + can park a 2nd car in front of garage

Cons –
 I find it hard to make cons up – this property ticks all the boxes and needs a full reno
and so it would only be a con if you didn’t want to do a reno.  
 The yield isn’t great but that would normally improve post renovation
