Chris Gray

Chris Gray is founder and CEO of Empire. He is one of Australia’s leading independent property experts, hosting Your Property Empire on Sky News Business Channel, the Property Expert on Channel 9′s MyHome TV and and Financial Judge on Channel 10s The Renovators. His independent position means that he has no barrow to push, so listeners get straightforward, unbiased answers to their issues.

Chris’ base knowledge comes from being a qualified accountant, mortgage broker and buyers agent, but more importantly from having personally invested in property from the age of 22 and having semi-retired from the age of 31. He is living proof that the Empire approach to property investment works and that the key to wealth is not how much you earn, but what you choose to do with it.

Josh Masters

Having previously owned and operated his own interior design practice within Sydney, designing and project managing residential projects for himself and his clients, Josh brings an enviable understanding of property to the Empire team.

Josh knows the numbers both from an architectural viewpoint as well as an investor’s perspective, and having invested in property for over 15 years he has a keen eye for what makes a property outperform the averages and can capitalize on opportunities to add value that others would normally miss.

Josh holds a Bachelor of Business from UTS and is also a licenced Buyers Agent. More importantly though he has an understanding of people and is passionate about building their wealth through property.
