Chris Gray is founder and CEO of Empire. He is one of Australia's leading independent property experts, appearing on Channel 9's MyHome TV every Saturday and providing opinion and commentary on radio stations across the nation. His independent position means that he has no barrow to push, so listeners get straightforward, unbiased answers to their issues.

Chris's first book sums him up nicely, ‘mix of a lifestyle guru and a number cruncher who has used property to fund a living that gives him more choice and flexibility than most dream of'.

Chris' base knowledge comes from being a qualified accountant, mortgage broker and buyers agent, but more importantly from having personally invested in property from the age of 22 and having semi-retired from the age of 31. He is living proof that the Empire approach to property investment works and that the key to wealth is not how much you earn, but what you choose to do with it.

A Licensed Buyers Agent and an experienced investor herself, Tiffany delights in helping others achieve success through property investment. Her passion for property stems from childhood – with her father being a property developer she "grew up on a building site".

Originally from Queensland, Tiffany made the move to Sydney to further her education. She holds a Bachelor of Business from UTS and has been a member of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants since 2000.

Prior to officially launching her career as a Buyers Agent, Tiffany spent almost 15 years in banking & finance, most recently in corporate finance roles. Prior to this she worked in funds management with BT Financial Group and ING, with 3 years at in senior management at Deloitte.
